The following curriculum guide works side by side with the McWizKid science book. Please feel free to make any minor adjustments required to suit your students needs.

The Science Discovery Kit is extremely helpful to do the majority of these experiments. We offer over 21 weeks of science fun. Written by a teacher with over 35 years classroom experience.

For children 8-15. Adult supervision required. Wear goggles and use caution when conducting any experiments.

	Option #2 Home School Science Fair Home schooling parent groups might wish to organize a small science fair for their children JUST for display and sharing their various research findings with their friends. If you cannot think of a science project, just email Mr. McWiz and he will send you a list of ideas!
Vocabulary Throughout and a Science Suggestion	To reinforce science vocabulary have your child copy down relevant vocabulary terms from pages 29-30 of the McWizKid Science book on 3 x 5 cards. Write the term (like "property") on one side, and the meaning on the other side. Review from time to time. SUGGESTION (A parent may wish to purchase a plain colored two-pocket folder, write "Science Journal" on the front cover, and on the inside pockets organize various assessments and lab sheets. Place vocabulary cards with a rubber band in one of the pockets.)
